GDPR

Effective as of 25 May 2018

I have absolutely no idea if I need to do this, but just in case…

Prior to 25 May 2018, if you left a comment on the ‘In Search Of The Classic Mystery Novel’ blog, your email address, IP address and/or web address were visible to me (as the person running the blog) on my internal admin page. I’m not sure whether this data will continue to be visible to me once GDPR comes into force, but if so, please be assured that:

  • I will never make use of your personal data without your explicit consent.
  • I will never contact you without your explicit consent.
  • I will never give or sell any of your personal data to a third party.

This is a personal blog and has no commercial status. I do not send out newsletters and therefore do not compile or keep mailing lists. If you have chosen to subscribe to this blog, you may automatically receive an email when new posts appear. You can stop receiving these by clicking unsubscribe or unfollow at the bottom of the email.

Many thanks to Mrs Peabody Investigates for letting me copy her statement.
